So today I am feeling much better. Normally I am a very positive person, so when I am feeling down I don’t really know how to cope and I send myself into a bit of a spiral! Not good. As the day went on I just felt worse and worse.
But after work I did the only thing I know to get rid of that feeling. I went for a LONG swim! It worked, 2 km’s later and I was too tired to think of anything else.
I woke up this morning a lot more positive – and anyway, who can be down on a Friday!
