WHAT! “Service Failures”…..Please! This is the option ABSA has when you phone their customer care line? Are they too scared to say the word complaint? I can just picture the meeting that was held to come up with that decision.
I am happy to report however that my “Service Failure” has been resolved and I am once again a happy little banker with even more debt.
